Regulations for the use of instruments in the halls and rooms of the University of Music in Łódź

  1. Instruments in the premises of the University of Music in Łódź are the property of significant value and are owned by the University.
  2. Instruments are under constant care of conservators, in compliance with manufacturer's standards for a given instrument model.
  3. The University allows the use of the instruments only for didactic and artistic work and practice, and does not allow any other type of use of the instruments.
  4. It is forbidden to place any objects, as well as foodstuff, on the instruments or inside them.
  5. Any damage or interference with the mechanism of an instrument is subject to financial responsibility.
  6. The use of instruments is only possible after signing in on the key room picking list, located in the reception areas of the buildings of the University of Music in Łódź. The time of picking up and returning the key must be noted.

  8. Failure to report any damage or faults of an instrument does not exempt from liability and will be subject to the explanation procedure in the event of a breach of the instrument's condition.
  9. With a view to maintaining proper humidity of the instruments, it is forbidden to turn off and change the mode of operation of humidifiers.to switch off or change the operating mode of the humidifiers.
  10. All incidents not covered by these terms and conditions relating to the infringement or damage to property are subject to the provisions of Polish law.
  11. The Rules and Regulations apply to all persons staying in the premises of the University of Music in Łódź.
